Empowering Youth for Success

The Boys & Girls Clubs are dedicated to helping young people build bright futures. Many youth today feel uncertain about facing life's challenges, especially when it comes to being prepared for the workforce. We aim to equip them with the tools they need for life's important next steps, including career readiness. Recognizing that kids begin thinking about their future careers early on, we focus on developing essential skills to open up as many opportunities as possible.

At Frank Callen, we provide our youth with opportunities to explore their future and develop the skills and confidence needed to take their next steps after high school. Whether they choose to pursue higher education, start a career, or enter the workforce, our young people receive the support and encouragement they need to succeed on their chosen path.

Our Clubs are in a unique position to guide youth in gaining the abilities they need to thrive in their careers. Through collaboration with parents, schools, and community organizations, we support their journey from school to the workplace. With our workforce-readiness programs, teens learn valuable job skills to prepare for their first job and make informed decisions about their future careers.
